THE AARHUS TALKS III is the third installment in a series of focused, highly interactive meetings bringing together paediatricians, adult urologists, and paediatric urologists/surgeons to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and align on current issues in paediatric urology. The aim is to foster a common understanding of the nature, diagnosis, follow-up, and treatment of various congenital conditions affecting the urinary tract and genitalia.
This third meeting will focus on congenital vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), Posterior Urethral Valves (PUV), an update on incontinence, neurogenic bladder – newest ERN EAU guidelines and real life case discussions. In addition to bread & butter topics such as phimosis, labial adhesions and testicular torsion.
All sessions will be introduced with a short presentation by well-known panelists, followed by an academic disputation and an interactive case discussion with participants. So bring along your difficult cases and present them in a multidisciplinary friendly setting.
Compared with traditional congresses and scientific meetings, the Aarhus Talks will focus on a more selective range of topics, with ample time dedicated to discussion. We believe that active interaction between presenters and participants is essential and promotes deeper understanding as well as bidirectional knowledge exchange. Participation is limited to 40 attendees.
Last but not least the meeting will be set in the stunning surroundings of Sandbjerg Gods The estate is beautifully situated in the Southern Jutland landscape, nestled by beech woods and overlooking the Als Sound.
