Compared to other topics in paediatric surgery and paediatric urology, knowledge of female genital anomalies lags behind in terms of anatomy, diagnostic tools, treatment protocols and scientific literature. By bringing together specialists in the field and discussing cases, we hope to integrate the current state of knowledge and strengthen the topic.
