matthieu peycelonWe are delighted to present the 4th edition of the Pediatric Urology Webbook, marking a long-awaited update after a decade. Originally conceived as the first digital textbook under the auspices of the ESPU, this resource has played a pivotal role in advancing accessible and high-quality education in pediatric urology.

Over the past ten years, the field has evolved significantly, with new surgical techniques, diagnostic advancements, and evidence-based guidelines shaping clinical practice. This revised edition reflects these developments, ensuring that practitioners, residents, and fellows have access to the most current and comprehensive knowledge in the field.

We owe a deep debt of gratitude to the Educational Committee members, past and present, whose dedication and hard work have made this project possible. Their contributions have been instrumental in ensuring that this webbook remains an indispensable resource for ESPU members worldwide.

The primary goal of this textbook is to provide free access to up-to-date, evidence-based, and well-referenced chapters, covering all key aspects of pediatric urology encountered in daily clinical practice. Designed as a practical guide, this book serves as an essential learning tool for residents and fellows and a valuable reference for those preparing for the FEAPU exam.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the ESPU Board for their continued support and collaboration. Their commitment to fostering education and knowledge dissemination has been vital in sustaining this initiative.

We warmly invite feedback and constructive critique, as these will help us refine and improve future editions.

We hope this book will serve as a valuable companion in your clinical and academic journey.

Best wishes for insightful and productive reading.
