Therefore he/she needs to perform intermittent self-catheterisation, which means he/she has to empty his/her bladder using a catheter at regular times each day. The material used has an integrated sachet with sterile liquid, which activates the coating around the catheter. This liquid should not be stored at low temperature. Therefore we recommend that the catheters are taken as hand luggage. We request that you kindly allowname of patient to take extra hand luggage with him/her on the aircraft.
