Letter from President (January 2007 - Winter mailling)

Göteborg, January 23, 2007

Dear members,

I hope you all have had a great Christmas together with your families and friends. I also wish you a happy eventful new year, 2007.

Today is has been snowing for the first time of this season, where I live, in Göteborg. We had no snow in November or December and there were many people (including me) who wished we would not get any snow at all. I do not like the coldness or the slippery streets even if the snow makes the darkness a bit brighter.

Gothenburg August 5, 2008

Dear members of the European Society of Paediatric Urology Nurse group, ESPUN.

It is summer in Sweden, really summer, and all Swedes including me are enjoying it. It is my last week on vacation, always a little sad when things are running out or coming close to an end. I guess it is also a feeling of knowing that you must work almost a year until next vacation.

Letter from President (August 2007 - Summer mailling)

Sweden, August 2007

Dear members,

Another summer is soon over, and I am doing some reflections of the ESPUN´s activities lately. But first some words of the weather, which has not been quite as nice as all people wants when having some time off. Everyone has been talking about the bad weather; rain and showers, cold wind and all low pressures standing in a line waiting to wet us down. However, I am not sure that everyone is completely disappointed – me for example who have had a lot of work to do inside, such as painting. For this purpose the weather has been just perfect. You do not have to think about going to the beach or to sit back in the sun. No excuses for being inside – just perfect.
