Qualification/in-service exam

FEAPU qualification exam/in-service exam will take place in Zurich on Wednesday, May 9 from 14:00-16:00 in the meeting room: "room 3"

FEAPU exams changes

Currently (Up until now: 2011)
• Two year fellowship program certified by program director.
• FEAPU certification if successful at the MCQ exams held during annual congress

Upcoming changes (2012 onwards)
• Clinical component being added from 2012/13
• Clinical scenario based held at the time of the annual congress
• Two tables for each candidates with two examiners and one observer
Schedule
• 2011 last year for MCQ alone for certification
• 2012 MCQ exam will be held but
• 2013 Successful candidates will have to sit the clinical component to be certified

2013 onwards
• MCQ and clinical components will be held each year during annual congress.
• To qualify to sit the clinical component, candidate must have successfully completed MCQ assessment
• Candidates can sit the MCQ exam anytime during their two year fellowship
