Requirements for affiliation

The applicant needs to send in:

  • A formal request for affiliation, written and signed by an executive board member and addressed to the ESPU secretary at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • The bylaws (in the national language)
  • A list of the present members + their specialty background
  • A short list of the past activities (2-3 years) of your national society
